Hi , i have a kerio mail server which requires licenses for each email account.
Can i use a single email account for inbound like support@mail.com and multiple aliases for each service desks like company.support@mail.com ? and some how distribute those emails to each service desk?
Thanks
Alexandros,
It appears that this is not possible yet, but there is an improvement filed at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSD-960.

Hi Pedro,
I configure a default email and with mail handlers (JIRA Side) and email filters (Email Side) to distribute the corresponding email to each service desk.
Thanks

The issue is that this approach does not really create Service desk issues (the request type is missing).

Yes i know. You have to do it manually . I think is more or less a bug. You may test this addon https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.plugin.automation.jira-automation-plugin but atlassian doesnt support it.

Hello,
we're facing exactly same problem now. Could you please provide bit more details on how exactly you configure feeding several service desks from single mail box?
Thanks!
