Can not setup application link between Jira and Bitbucket

My Jira URL is: https://mao-prizm.com:9976/

My Bitbucket URL is: https://mao-prizm.com:4485/

My Jira and Bitbucket use different databases.

I have also read this article but unfortunately it was mot helpful at all:

Would someone please help me to find the source of my problem. Thank you in advanced.

Hi Alexander,

Are you seeing an error when trying to setup the application link? If you’re able to provide some more insight in to the problem the community may be able to assist.

Have you been able to confirm that the JIRA server can reach the Bitbucket server on :4485 and Bitbucket can reach JIRA on 9976?

Yes i can confirm that both of those links are reachable because if i press on the links located  to the right of the red triangle with an exclamation point from within of any of the two applications in question those links work just fine.

Is there any way to raise the priority of this question or escalate this question directly to company technical support stuff because this question is extremely critical for my production process. Thank you in advanced for your understanding.
