Can't access the "Test Management" page in classic project

I followed the guide below but it fails to load the page of "Test Management" or "RTM configuration"  like the below image. 

How can I resolve this issue?

Hi @Henry Kim  ,

That looks strange. I can't give you an exact answer to what could go wrong.
Please raise a ticket for our support team as to resolve that problem we need more information.

For sure we will need the HAR file to check what could gone wrong. If you don't know how to generate it our support will help you with that also.

I raised a ticket for this but I don't know how to create HAR file. Could you let me know?

Do I need to attach this file also when I raise a ticket?

Adding the HAR file to the support ticket will speed up spotting the problem. Our support team for sure will ask for it. :) Of course, you can do that in comment after raising the ticket.
