Can't add resolution screen to a transition or a resolution field to my issues

Team-managed project.

I want to add a resolution screen after a ticket is closed.

I saw on some tutorials that you need to change the screen properties of the transition in the workflow setting, but I did not see this option both under administrator permissions nor project admin.

Please assist, thank you very much :)

Hi @Danielle Koby,

Adding a transition screen to a workflow in a team managed project is not supported. There is a feature request for it that you can track here: JSWCLOUD-22084 

If you need advanced workflow configurations, using company managed projects instead would provide you with the capabilities you need.

Yes there is, @Danielle Koby. Do read the migration instructions and notes carefully, as that may have some impact on your data.
