Can't attach files in Jira cloud

It's been happening a couple of times and now since yesterda. The button is greyed out.

it gives me the following error:

com.atlassian.jira.issue.attachment.store.media.MediaApiStreamAttachmentStore$FailureMediaApiResponseException: [AttachmentUploadFailure] Could not upload temporary attachment Failure: Failure{cause=java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out, reason=TRANSPORT_ERROR, message='null', httpStatusCode=null}

We have the same issue:

Same for us too. Can't add or open attachments. All project icons and avatars aren't working too.

Atlassian seems to be having system wide issues with attachments.

Hopefully this is resolved soon.
