Can't change my email address - don't receive verification mail

Hello,
I've tried to change the email address associated with my account but not receiving a verification email on new mail id.

Yes I have tried these ways. Issue is not receiving the verify email over my new email id.

Your new email address may have gotten blacklisted.

You should open a support case directly with Atlassian to ask them to check that.
