When I go to my profile and click on my Avatar picture to change it, nothing happens...
I tried it on different browsers.
We are using Jira Server v8.16.1.

Hi @IT Services ,
Can you check in Jira logs and Network tab in browser to check if you see any error.
Thanks,
Avinash
Hi Avinash,
I found the following two errors in the Network tab:
ViewProfile.jspa:502 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'setupShowAttributes')
at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (ViewProfile.jspa:502)
at i (batch.js?locale=en-US:54)
at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (batch.js?locale=en-US:54)
at Function.ready (batch.js?locale=en-US:54)
at HTMLDocument.H (batch.js?locale=en-US:54)
and
Refused to apply style from 'https://[...]/1.0/_/download/resources/confluence.web.resources:content-styles/tables.css' because its MIME type ('text/html') is not a supported stylesheet MIME type, and strict MIME checking is enabled.
For the Jira logs I will need more time to get help from a colleague.
Best regards
Eike

We just updated the Jira software to 8.19.1, which seems to have fixed the issue.
But thank you anyway!

Hi there,
we still see the same issue on version 8.19.1.!
Reported errors on Edit Profile Page are the same as reported above:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'setupShowAttributes')
at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (ViewProfile.jspa:518)
at i (batch.js?locale=de-DE:54)
at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (batch.js?locale=de-DE:54)
at Function.ready (batch.js?locale=de-DE:54)
at HTMLDocument.H (batch.js?locale=de-DE:54)
Any idea what might be causing this issue?
Greetings,
Thomas
