I use Jira at home and in the office. Everything is fine when working on my office PC, but at home I can't change the status of bug tickets. The window dims, but the overlay doesn't appear, so I can't close resolved bugs etc.
Can anyone help me please, has anyone else had this problem? I'm using the latest Firefox version on both PCs, I tried deleting browser cache but it didn't work.
So for example, a ticket is marked Resolved, I click the Resolved button and choose Close issue, the window dims but the Close Issue overlay doesn't appear. All can do is press Esc, which resets the button to its previous state.
@Neill B Have you tested whether the issue occurs in the Chrome browser as well? Also, could you check the browser's developer console for any errors related to network requests?
I guess that the workflow transition has an issue transition screen which is not loading in the browser, I encountered a similar issue sometime back with Safari browser but it worked correctly when I switched to Chrome instead.
Thanks for replying @Akash Singh, I installed Chrome and it works okay there, and as I said it works fine in Firefox on my other computers. I don't want to have to use Chrome just because of this.
