Can't create software project after duplicate instance from another server

Hi,

I have this problem : 

We try to clone a JIRA instance to another instance but after make the change, we can't create software project.

• We save the application data from the old instance
• We export the database using save systeme in JIRA
• We change the dbConfig
• Launch jira
• Restore the system

At this time, we saw that we can't use jira software.

but after lauch the request and restart, we can't create software project.

The configuration : 

• JIRA 8.3.1
• License expired since 11/2018
• Mssql database

We have the same problem in another instance, maybe something were wrong when we update the settings in application-data.

N.B : the license expired and we made a upgrade of jira from 7 to 8.3. We use the 30 day license until we bought the next license

HI - the first thing I noticed was license expired November 2018.  Are you current with your licenses?

Hi,

Yes I know, we're going to buy new one. 

Thanks for your help, I forgot to say that we made an upgrade on this server from JIRA 7 to JIRA 8. Because of the license, we take the 30 day license to upgrade.
