Cache is cleared, tried using a different browser and enabled pop-ups, but it doesn't work, the email is not received.

As mentioned by @Nikola Perisic, the process may take some time, and cache or browser issues could interrupt it. Additionally, you may want to check if your browser has blocked pop-ups.

In addition to my colleagues you can verify with your IT team or email administrator if emails from Atlassian's domain are getting blocked or filtered by any security rules or email filtering systems (e.g., corporate spam filters).
