Can't figure out how to associate a particular screen to an issue type

Problem: When I edit one of my issue types, it uses the wrong screen.

[On the Issue Type Screen Schemes page most of the screen schemes listed have a project, but the one I'm working on does not, and I can't figure out how to associate it with my project.  I think if I get this it will solve the problem.  If not, here's what I've done.]

I've created a screen.

I've created a screen scheme associated with the above screen.

I've created an issue type screen scheme and associated it with the screen scheme and the issue type.

I create a new issue of that type, then Edit it, but I see the wrong screen.

Sounds right, but you seem to be missing "associate new issue type screen scheme with the project"

Thanks, right, I noted that that association is missing in my para 2 above, I can't find exactly where to make that association in the UI.

Go to the project admin and look for the screens section.  There should be an option to edit the current one as well as swap to a new scheme
