Can't find some site admin features

I am on the site admin for a customer on Jira. When I went to the cog (literally) yesterday, I saw what you see in pic 1. I logged in today and now see what you see in Pic 2. And Pic 3 shows that yes, I am indeed a site admin and I belong to all the admin groups. What happened? Pic3.jpgPic1.jpgPic2.jpg

A site admin is responsible for managing users and groups and granting access.  (as shown in picture 3) On its own, it doesn't provide you with product access

So, you had Jira Admin and Site Admin permissions (as shown in picture 2), but you now have site admin rights only. It looks like you need to add yourself back into a jira admin group

Boom! Got it. Somehow the admins had been taken out of the product access. I do not know why, who or how. Anyway, that did it. Thanks.
