Can't find squad in Create Task drop down

Anybody know how to make a squad appear in the 'squads' dropdown when creating a task? I've made a team but don't see it when trying to create a task (screenshot attached). If anybody has run into this before I'd appreciate your take on it!

What type of custom field is Squad? Teams will not go into that field that I am aware of. Please provide some more information.

Hey John thanks for replying, confirming that this is a Custom Field I was unaware of and used this tutorial to fix it. It works now, thanks!
