I can't move issue from backlog to ToDo

The ticket in the backlog is having status To Do

Thanks @Aswathi D for posting. It looks like the issue is workflow transition.

If you are admin then please check this guide - https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/working-with-workflows-938847362.html or reach your admin to configure this in right way so that it's sorted.

This isn't a ton of information to go on but if you go into your backlog and click on the three dots next to the issue and select move to board does that fix your issue? Could also check your workflow to ensure all statuses (or at least backlog) can move to the todo status
