Can't run 2 sprints parallel even after turning option "Parallel Sprints" on . How to fix that?

There are definitely no Issues from any other sprints and I tried recreating Sprint or create a other new Sprint - still he says that he cant launch the sprint before the previous is done. 

And of course I turned this option "on". Still it doesn't help.

Are you using a Next-Gen project? 

If so, parallel sprints are not yet an available feature for Next-Gen.  Please see this suggestion to add the feature, which you can vote for:
