Can't see boards or work logs after restore from Jira Server 7.11

I'm working on moving our team's Jira from self-hosted to cloud. I upgraded from 7.3.3 to 7.11, ran a backup, then restored in a new cloud server instance. After adding a co-worker we noticed vastly different views. All the tasks that were assigned to me, are no longer assigned to me. I can't see any of the boards. Also, none of my work logs show up on tasks that I had previously logged work for,(we were using tempo timesheets on jira server). My co-worker, however, can see his tasks, his boards, and-after a delay-his worklogs started showing up as well.

Any help is appreciated.

Trent when you start JIRA is there enough resources for everything to properly load?  If you do not have enough resources add-ons sometimes do not load properly.  I have also seen plugin cache files get corrupted during and upgrade.  You should check your startup logs and see what is there.  If everything is loading and nothing is timing out you can stop the JIRA service and remove the add-on cache then restart to see if this resolves the issue. More information on that here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-27314

Just to re-iterate, I performed the restore on a new Jira Cloud setup. I don't really have access or control over the ram, nor access to the logs that I can find.
