I can't seem to find how to display issue types below epics in the advanced roadmap. I've read every possible question in the community regarding this and nothing works for me. My stories are not older than 30 days, the filters are configured to display all issue types from company objectives to sub-tasks, the stories are linked properly to epics. I really cannot understand why the stories, task, sub-tasks are not visible.
And a second question, if all stories are in a specific sprint and are children to an epic, it automatically shows the start and due date of the sprint in the project's roadmap. Is it possible that the dates are visible in the advanced roadmap? I assume that I can't see the dates because the stories are not visible..?
Hi @Anastasia Seidaridi ,
welcome to the Atlassian community!
First of all you need to check if all those issue types have been configured in Advanced Roadmap Hierarchy (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/configure-custom-hierarchy-levels-in-advanced-roadmaps/)
Hope this helps,
Fabio
Hello @Fabio Racobaldo _Herzum_ I have checked that also, see the screenshot below. Is there anything that I am missing?

Hi @Anastasia Seidaridi ,
based on your screenshot "Comany Objective" doesn't contain Story as issue type

But story as an issue type is supposed to be below epic, as it is in the current hierarchy. If I place it in the Company Objective, wouldn't it mess up things? Also, other types are not in the company objective but they are visible in the roadmap. Sorry I am new and maybe asking silly questions.

Don't apologize for asking questions, that is a good thing as that is how we learn :)
You should not need to add Story to Company Objective, as your Plan will see the whole hierarchy as it is available in the Issue Sources.
You have two issues that both have the green background with the +, are those different issue types, I assume and you have just used the same icon?
The only reason I can think of is
So do you have anything in the plan that could filter these things out?

Yes, those are two different issue types, I will change the icon also to not confuse anyone.
I have no idea what can filter out the issues. I had a problem with JQL filer in one project but I solved it and it's ok now. Apart from that I really can't think of anything..

Hi Anastasia,
you probably have already checked this, but just to be sure could you check the Source Data just to make sure you don't have a filter that might exclude the lower levels, or that you have removed something that you did not mean to?

Hi Jimi,
thanks for the quick response! Yes, I have checked this one also, everything seems to be in place there.
