Can't select "Issue Source" in Advance Roadmap

Hi all,

I want to select projects and boards for scope of my plan.

when I Click on Issue Source then at the right side, it Buffers only and shows nothing(Boards, Project...)

can you please help, how can I see options after clicking on Issue Source?

Hi @Sophia Smith,

You indicate to be on the free plan, but Advanced Roadmaps is part of the premium plan of Jira Cloud.

If you are effectively on a premium plan and you have correctly provided billing details (that would ensure your subscription is still valid), this should not happen. It may be a temporary glitch, but if the problem persists, it is best to reach out to Atlassian Support directly as they can diagnose the issue in your site.

Thanks for your reply. I have Adv. Roadmap Data center license. I can open other options in Plan setting but only Issue Sources is Buffering. Could it still be related to licensing?

It just got even more confusing now, as you listed your question as cloud instead of Data Center 😅 | but since you indicate you have access to parts of the application, I would recommend to open a support ticket.

If this is DC - is it happening for just yourself, or other users?

You could try reindexing your platform - which is a common solution for lots of problems! Or, it could be load-based?
