Can't send mail mentions to group LDAP

Hello everyone,

I have Jira sofeware 8.17.1, i was set up LDAP on my Jira and add a user: gtest with group: g.test@abc.com. That user is a group multiple user on LDAP used a mail g.test@abc.com

But i can't send mail notification when I comment mentions or assignee that user and i recived a notification in outlook mail as image. I checked on mail server but no problem -> error in set up jira, but i don't know how do fix it. Please help me fix error !

This is exactly what it says it is.

Your email server is configured to only allow certain email accounts to send mail to that address.  You'll need to ask your email administrators to allow the Jira email sender to send to it.
