Can the Rich Text editor be enabled at a specific service desk project level?

I would like to enable the Rich Text editor for our team's project so that we can use canned responses within the comment field; however, I did not want to impact the other projects' users experience.  Can this setting be enabled within just a single project or is it a global setting?

Hi Maria,

The rich text editor (RTE) allows end users a choice between wiki markdown or the RTE text via a Visual or Text selector below a text fields, however the setting is global and can only be enabled or disabled so there is not an option for a configuration per project.
