Integration aspect I am looking are as follows;
1) Can we generate MS-Project from the JIRA tasks from a project. Or can we generate JIRA tasks from MS-Project by project
2) How we can update MS-Project with the changes happening in JIRA at tasks level by daily or weekly
3) Please suggest if possible then do we have auto / semi auto functions available

Yes, the only way to run it on Mac is to run Windows using Boot Camp, in Parallels or on a VM. Windows seems to be free for Mac installations.
