Can we add a "comment" column in filter result widget in jira dashboard

Hii,
I just want to ask like can we add "comment" field for this dashboard. when I'm trying to it's showing the comment first date and comment last date only.
Like can I create a custom field for this to show in this widget means can we get the custom field as an alternative to comment field.

Welcome to the community! 

In a filter result gadget you won't get the comment as its not really a field. It just keeps moving when users adds new comments.

As you already imagined; adding a new text custom field will get you the ability to add that to the gadget on the dashboard. You could even work out an automation to always copy the last comment into the custom field, but it seems heavy.

The question is, what kind of comment would you like to see here in order for it to be useful in a dashboard?
