Can we create a SandBox environment for our JIRA Cloud standard offering?

Hey all,

Can we create a SandBox environment for our JIRA Cloud standard offering? If yes, we need this for 5 working days, so can we get it as a free of charge?

Hi @Hansika Wijenayake ,

sandbox functionality is available only for Premium or Enterprise plan (not Standard).

But if you need it only for 5 working days, maybe you can start a free trial and then later unsubscribe it.

Sure Hana - But we have around 40GB of data count to be tested in the said env and with a free trial, seems it is just 5GB of space

I believe you can create a trial with a Premium plan, so there won't be any space limitations.
