Hi ,
I'm looking for a functionality when check box is ticked it should automatically create a ticket in that specific project.
Example:
I have a master project in which a ticket is created . In this ticket I want to show a check box containing keys tasks to be done to fulfil this ticket.
For example, lets take Change Request Ticket, here I want to display options of checklist. Here in this check list which are individual projects.

Hi @Teja
If you have Automation for Jira, create an automation rule from Project Settings -> Automation.
Yes, I tried this automation and it created tickets. But this is displayed as a dropdown list .
check box = dropdown
It should show the status and create a ticket when it checked.
