Can we create issue in different languages?

I would like to create issue in different languages like English,Spanish,French.is this possible in jira cloud?

As a input you can use any language. There is no problem.

We can give any input but my question is,Issue fields should shown in different languages.For example if we select English, issue creation screen should shown in English.Is there any functionality like that?

No, that is not possible yet.

You can use custom field but you have to make entry number of supported languages times.

is that any features for language so we can change the hall menu bars from English to Spanish...?

Let say if all teams are Spanish speakers and they want the system in Spanish language...is it possible for users to change the language for themselves or any feature from the admin control…?
