Can we do test case management in JIRA?

We want to build regression test bed. So just want to know if we can do it in JIRA or we need to have any other add in or software.

I think you can do that in Jira, at least have the information for your tests (description, steps, etc). in Jira. But if you also want to run that tests, I think you will need something else.

You can do that part with Jira itself, but then you will have to think a lot, how you will be doing this. There are also Test-Management Add-Ons like xray or zephyr, that will add this functionality to Jira, but they also do not have a "button" to run that test then (as far as I remember).

You could use Testrail as external Testmanagement-Tool, that will give you a lot functionality and there is also a connector to Jira, so that you can link Jira issues and Tests.

I am sure, there are a lot more Add-Ons or external Tools, the mentioned one above are just examples I know.
