Can we have ping federate accessible in Jira Cloud.

Currently, Ping is not supported and also they didn't provide us a link to a guide on how to implement our SAML single sign-on with their platform.

You can check our documentation to see what Identity providers are supported:

I found a feature request that was recently closed informing that this integration will not be supported in the near future.

Please, check the comment for more details:

• Provide support for SAML integration with PingIdentity

While this is a great feature request, we have decided we will not be working on providing support for Ping Identity as a support identity provider in the immediate future. However, if anything changes, we will reopen this issue and provide new updates.
