Can we migrate/sync between two jira cloud instances?

we want to migrate workflows, screens, projects, codes, filters and almost every entities from one Jira cloud(test) to other Jira cloud (prod) we tried some apps from market place, import and export manually, cloud to cloud migration(beta version) and application link but their use case was limited and not serving the purpose

Please Suggest any other alternatives or apps(if any)?

Are you looking to perform a one time migration, or are you looking to set up a constant sync between two instances?

Please take a look at this approach to doing it. There are some good suggestions like making your workflows on the two projects you are syncing between in the two instances the exact same.
