Can we put a control in a way that the teams can not start a new Sprint unless close the last Sprint

Hi all,

Can we link the start of a new Sprint to end of old Sprint? Can we put a control in such a way that, unless the old Sprint is closed the new Sprint can not start?

You should disable the parallel sprint feature:
