Can we remove the default crop factor on profile pictures?

Can we remove the default crop factor on profile pictures? I don't know why I am forced to crop my photo when I have already sized it correctly.

Here is an example to illustrate what I mean:

Hi Isaac,

There is no option to disable this functionality on id.atlassian.com.
When we upload a profile picture, it actually gets stored in Gravatar and not in Atlassian.
So, the size of the image that you can upload is specified on the gravatar documentation:

- https://en.gravatar.com/site/implement/images/

Yes, but changing it on id.atlassian.com doesn't force a minimum crop factor that the one in Jira does (the greyed out portion).
