Can we set workflow transition of standard issuetype based on any field value of sub-task?

Can we set workflow transition of standard issuetype based on any field value of sub-task?

If there is a story "S" with sub-task "t1", "t2", "t3, "t4".

"t1", "t2" is having label "dev_task".

"t3", "t4" is having label "qa_task".

Workflow of story is :

To Do -> In Development -> Dev Review -> In QA -> QA Review -> Done

Workflow of sub-task is :

To Do -> In Progress -> Done

If sub-task "t1" & "t2" completed then story workflow should allow to go to "Dev Review" status. Otherwise it should not.

If sub-task "t3", "t4" completed then story workflow should allow to go to "QA Review" status. Otherwise it should not.

Is above possible by custom script?

If someone has tried then please share that.

Yes, all of the scripting add-ons will enable you to write the conditions you need there.
