Can we use system webhook and project automation in free tier?

Hello guys,

In free tier , Can we use system webhook and Project automation? I am using free tier and add webhook to both system and project automation. But webhooks didn't work. I am sure my webhook URL works and Jira didn't load the webhook .

@Tun Lyin Aung The free tier does provide you access to automations and yes you can use webhooks.  If the webhook is not working it could be due to the length of the URL.  There is some additional information here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Jira-Webhooks-not-firing/qaq-p/785220 I would also suggest checking the automation log to see if it provides any information into what is occurring.

When I test with Webhook Tester, Jira load the test webhook perfectly. I think the problem might be the length of the webhook URL. Thank you for your support and appreciate it Brant.
