My Backlog Quick Search is not recognizing keyword search. It was fine and then 2 days ago it stopped recognizing Keywords and now I only get a return for numeric values. It recognizes both the ticket numbers and numbers within the ticket title.
Hi @Ron Hill , please note that keyword search is case sensitive. Have you tried both? If so, I would suggest to submit a support request with Atlassian.

Search terms are not case sensitive in quick/basic/advanced search, correct.
However, they are in the backlog search, strange as it is, i tested it myself.
