Can you change the name of System Fields in Cloud?

Hey everyone - I know this question has been asked before, but no solution other than the on prem only translator add-on seems to be available.  Does anyone know if Atlassian has a fix in the works to allow translation of field names?  For instance, we would like to change the name of the Component field, but cannot....

Thanks John!  I hope that this feature is implemented soon - seems many people are needing/wanting this.

ha -  sure did! :-)  And added some comments too.  Now on to figure out how to create a custom field with issue picker.... :D
