Can you configure Time Tracking per project?

Hello,

Is it possible to set Time Tracking with default settings on one project, but customize Time Tracking settings for a different project? 

Some people like using minutes, while others prefer hours.

Is not possible, when you enable this feature is for all projects in Jira.

Thanks for your reply Mohamed, just one last question. If I were to change it globally from minutes to hours, will users need to adjust their metrics? or should that be handled automatically when I change it?
