Hi there,
I created a number of test cases (tied to User Stories and Epics), Now to prepare for their UAT phase, I need to generate their execution pages by clicking on the 'Execute In' button on a Test Case page. And because I have hundreds of test cases...I wonder if there is a way to BULK run the 'Execute In' page?
Sorry, I am very new to Jira..
Thank you
Agata
Hi Agata,
Are you just configured transition to your Test Cases? If yes, please follow Fran's steps above.
The best and easiest way to do your test management in Jira is to install a Jira app/plugin, they are designed to add some additional feature specifically for testing team.

Cheney
I guess that 'Execute In' button is a transition in your workflow for test case issues. If it is a button from some testing plugin, do not continue reading.
If it is a transition, you can make a search of all of your test case (issues<search issues) that gives you every test case (something like 'issuetype= "test case" and DueDate>"xxxx-xx-xx"' or any info that gives you only the ones you want, maybe version...)
Then you can go to Tools (upper right corner of the search screen and choose Bulk x issues
One of the options you get after you choose your test cases is "issue transition", if you choose that, you should find (if my first guess was correct) your 'execute In' option for bulk transitioning all of your test cases at one.
Hope it helps
