I would need to duplicate a dashboard that was used within our project for a previous system update, as the updates a frequent, I would like to reuse the same dashboard (as most, if not all, tickets and tasks remain the same). However, when copying the dashboard, it also copies (and sends emails to) all the people attached to the previous dashboard. Is there a way to do this without copying the users or people attributed to the original dashboard?
Are you able to clarify your ask a little bit more? When you say Dashboards, are you referring to a custom dashboard that contains gadgets with charts and graphs? Or are you talking about a Scrum/Kanban board with tickets? If you are able to safely include any screenshots, that would really help.
Hi @Josh Costella ,
thank you so much for responding to my question.
It would be to copy a personal dashboard that has gadgets etc. I’ve included some images to help clarify my question. I’ve indicated and masked the names but would like to essentially create a copy of my dashboard without the people listed as responsible etc. I hope this clarifies things a little.

I'm not sure why people are being notified when copying a dashboard. The only time someone would be notified is if there were updates being made to tickets where they are the assignee/responsible. The dashboard gadgets are only showing ticket data. The gadgets do not update tickets. Therefore, copying the dashboard should not send any notifications. Are you able to provide an example of the notification being received when you copy the dashboard? That will help decipher where it is coming from.
