I'm trying to link a new ticket to a ticket that was marked done a few months ago because they are related but when I go to the link issue menu it won't let me pull up that ticket. Are you not able to link a new issue to a done issue?
Hi @Rosie
You should be able to. If you know the issue name, you should be able to type it in and hit 'ok'. Even if it doesn't show up on a drop down list it'll still be added.

Thank you. Issues usually populate in the drop down list when I type in the name or issue board and number. It wasn't in this case so I assumed I couldn't add it. You are right though I was able to just type it in and add it manually.

Hi @Rosie
That happens to me often too, not sure why but it'll still work if you type the issue name in and then hit okay.

To link to an issue, you need two things:
I suspect, because of your mention of "done issue", there might be a property on the "done" status for that project and issue-type that says "now the issue is done, we don't let you edit it any more". Does the selection offer you other open issues in that project?
