Cannot Close a Sprint

I'm unable to close a Sprint even when all the issues are it are completed. The Sprint is Empty but shows stories in "View in Issue Navigator"

You may not have sprint permissions. Please check under permissions or check with the admin.

You need the manage sprint permissions in ALL projects associated with the board you're looking at and trying to complete the sprint from.
