Cannot Find "Enable Roadmaps" For Jira Software?

I currently have the "Jira Software" product at the standard level.

So I should not have access to Advanced Roadmaps yet but I am just looking to enable the basic Roadmaps feature.

I have searched multiple articles like these but their instructions seem to be outdated:

They instruct to visit Project settings > Features

However, there is no "Features" option anywhere under "Project settings" that I have seen.

I have searched for "roadmaps" on the page of every page under "Project Settings", and I cannot find anything about it.

You enable at the board level. Go to board settings and at the bottom you will see Beta Roadmaps.
