Hello,
I have a problem, I want to create a new field context for Description, but I the form, I cannot find the project and the issue type. Other projects/issue type appear in the dropdown list. The issue type is newly created. Jira instance has been reindexed.
There are other contexts created by my colleagues so I know it should be work.
Thank you!
Hi @Pana Florin Ionut and welcome to the community,
Jira allows only one context per project (per field). So if one of your colleagues has already created a context for the field description for that specific project, then this will not be visible on your list (because it's already has a context).
Hey Alex,
I thought of that, and it's not the case. The project does not have a context.
Thank you!

@Alex Koxaras -Relational- I create a ticket to support. It seems that updating Jira to 9.6 is the cause. Now I wait the response from them. The issue types and projects does not appear in the list.

@Pana Florin Ionut I can't quite understand this specific screen you posted. Context screen for a custom field has the following screen:
Can you please share with me the steps you did in order to get to that screen?
