I am trying to create teams based on tech stacks in our organization and am running into some problems while adding certain users to the "Team". I get the below error only for certain users.
This does not happen for the majority of the users and only to a couple of them. We user Azure AD workgroups for permissions and all of them have the same permission group. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi,
The first thing I'd recommend checking is that these users who you received the error for have access to Jira. Can you confirm that these users have Jira product access?
Yes, they do! They belong to the same jira-cloud-users AD/Atlassian group that the other users are in. I have also confirmed with them that they are able to use Jira like our other users. The only issue I have with their account is adding them to a team.

Hmmm. And you've verified that these users you're having issues with have the "Browse Users and Groups" global permission?

That was the issue. The user group was not added to the global permission but only to the project permission. This resolved the issue. Thank you!
