I am just setting automation ( transfer comment) between 2 project. But the problem is when I attach an image it can't automatic
Any one know the solution for this ? Please let me know

Hmm, correct me @cuong.nt1 , if ticket A add comment, ticket A linked issue to ticket B. if ticket B cannot see the image, ticket A can see the image ? Could you screenshot ticket A ?

ok @cuong.nt1 , let see, could you open the image from ticket A to new tab browser, can appear the image or still same problem with ticket B ?

Uhh.., are you using jira cloud or jira data center/server ? looks like you're using global automation rules to sync between project TS as a parent ticket to project PQAP as a cloned ticket. About this rule, are you barely create new this rule automation or existing rule a long time ago ? Now our mystery has exposed. Your rule @cuong.nt1 only designed as copy body comment. if your image have inside your comment just only copy a link. in a way technically, only xml get copied from the comment.
So copy image or any attachment more complicated because need copy attachment and the link adapted.
you need experiment to add new component to copy attachment.
