THIS IS A NEXT-GEN PROJECT
I have tried the following to complete the Sprint:
I am not sure why this is happening.
Update:
Note: Replacing the actual task number to TASK NO.
{"data":{"completeSprint":null},"errors":[{"message":"Sprint cannot be completed as there are incomplete subtasks on following issues: TASK NO.","locations":[{"line":2,"column":3}],"path":["completeSprint"],"extensions":{"status":[400],"statusCode":400,"errorType":null,"operationName":"completeSprint","tenantId":"aec0b85d-5b08-4a43-b446-f4dccd79a9bc","userMessage":"Sprint cannot be completed as there are incomplete subtasks on following issues: TASK NO."}}]}
I reviewed all the tasks in the issue viewer and I found a subtask issue for that Parent issue that has not been resolved. I resolved the issue and the Sprint is now completed.
The problem is that it did not show as child issues in the Parent Issue Detail Pop-up or tab.
Hi Kyren,
You have looked at every issue in the sprint and verified there are no open Sub-tasks for each Issue?

hi @John Funk I have reviewed all issues and sub-tasks for each issue and they are all resolved. I still cannot complete the Sprint.

I also have added the error code in the updated description of my report.

This issue was very annoying. I tried multiple things, like taking this issue out of this sprint, but it still gave me the same issue.
The only way to fix it was to make sure it is still in the sprint and and none of the sub tasks are marked as done.
