Cannot create board - all shares are invalid

Hello All,

I, as an administrator, am able to create a new board, in my personal space (my own profile), and then see the tasks on other project boards.  However, when one of the people on my team tries to create a board in their personal space (own profile), and they try to filter it to just the boards that they currently access directly, they get "You do not have permission to share. All Shares are invalid" and, "The user does not have permission to share.  The owner has not been changed".    

I don't see anything in the permissions that mentions "share".  What am I missing?

Hi @Cole Maddox ,

welcome to the Atlassian community!

Please check global permission "Share dashboards and filters" (Admin->System-> Global permissions) in order to verify that users have those grants,

It should fix your issue.
