Cannot export automation rules

I am regularly backup/export all automation rules every time there are new/modified rules.

But today when I run export rules it only exported the single project rules. The global and multiple projects rules were not exported.

Are there any changes with Jira cloud from Atlassian recently regarding with the export rules?

I do not have any issue with export rules before, even yesterday I did the export rules. Today I did some changes with the rules and as usual I exported all the rules for my backup, but not all rules were exported.

It appears there is a new defect for this symptom, which I recommend watching/voting for to see progress: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/AUTO-805

Thanks for pointing out the ticket.

Hope this will be fixed soon, quite an effort if we need to copy and export one by one for 50+ rules.

Yes, and...I am holding out hope for a reliable addition to the admin REST API for all rule management functions...Then we can both backup them up and auto-create documentation pages in Confluence for them.

That's strange, it didn't work on my side.

I wonder if there are any other members here also have the same issue with mine.
