Neither "Import issues from CSV" nor "External System Import" have the "Issue Key" field available in the Map Fields screen. I've gone down a rabbit hole of research to find out how to successfully bulk update existing issues and all documentation says that I should be able to find "Issue Key" in the list based on my current access and project setup. I have "Linked Issues" in my create menu and I have admin rights. I have tried it both in the old experience and the new experience.
What am I missing??
Hello, Good day. Please go to Settings >> External system import >> Select the option "Switch to old experience" and try mapping the fields and check for the issue key. Thanks
Thanks, but I wrote in my initial post that I have already tried in both the new experience and the old experience. It does not show the Issue Key field in either experience.
