Does anyone know what causes some boards to not allow (Shift+select) for multi-select of issues in the backlog, but others allow it?
We have a few boards in a project. One board allows a multi-select and another does not. The only difference between the two boards that we can see is that the filter for the one that doesn't allow multi-select references a field in the filter query, "IN" multiple options, whereas the same field is referenced in the filter query as = to just one option. Otherwise same permissions, etc.
The board that doesn't allow multi-select: "Country Affected" in (Austria, Germany, Morocco, "Saudi Arabia", Switzerland, Tunisia, "United Arab Emirates")
The board that does allow multi-select: "Country Affected" = France
Both boards are using rank. Not sure what else you may need to provide guidance. Thanks in advance for your help.
Hi @Durell Demartini ~ do you have any filters selected in the board? I.e. do you see a "Clear all filters" link next to your Backlog or Sprint? If so, click that link to clear filters and try again.
Hi Laurie, thanks for you reply. I do not see the "Clear all filters" option, unless I'm missing this somewhere.

What is your JIRA version ?
Are tickets from the same projects or multiple projects in the board ? Does it have the same behaviour for any user or just some users ?

HI
I do not manage to reproduce it on my side. If you create another board based on the same filter, does it have the same behaviour ?
