Cannot open box to copy a workflow scheme

A user wants to make a change to a bug workflow.  The existing workflow is used by two different projects so I need to copy the workflow, which I have done.  I now need to copy the existing scheme to a new one, and then assign the new workflow scheme to the project.  I go to page https://myjira.XXXXX.com/secure/admin/ViewWorkflowSchemes.jspa, then go down the page to the workflow scheme I want to copy.  I click the Copy link on the right-hand side.  I am not taken to the copy box to enter a new workflow scheme name.  Instead, it goes back to the same page, back where I started.  I am, however, able to Edit; I just can't Copy.

Are there any known issues that would cause this to happen?

Hi @Monica Collins 

Have you checked at the bottom of the Workflow page, there is "Inactive". Expand that. Can you see the work you just copied there? Should be prefaced with the word "Copy of"

What version of Jira Server are you running?
