Cannot receive email notification

I cannot receive any email notification from Jira since ytd, I already checked:

 

  1. spam, junk mail box
  2. enable all email notification in Jira setting

 

Would you please help if any problem to my account?

Hello @Celia Wong I think you need to check your mail settings by following steps:

1. Manage your google account 

2. Go to the security Recommendations and click to  protect your account 

3. Turn on the third party access.

4. you will receive jira notification

I am using Outlook not gmail, may I know how can I edit the setting? Thanks!!

Hello check with these proper port number and server in jira as well as in account and server setting of outlook .And user name as per email id .
